A limited release that pushes the boundaries of coffee processing.

This carefully crafted blend of coffees from Ethiopia, Honduras, and Colombia is aged in wine-soaked whiskey barrels for 14 days before being roasted to perfection. The result is a layered, fruit-forward cup with notes of ripe peach, berries, and a distinctly boozy character—without the alcohol.

Available in 6oz bags for pre-order. Orders will be roasted and shipped the week of September 14th.

FAQ

Can this item be returned?

For safety, coffee and tea products cannot be returned. Gift cards are also considered final sale items and cannot be returned. Brew gear, apparel, or other non-perishable products, can be returned for a full refund as long as the items are unused and within 30 days of delivery. To start a refund, email us at info@methodicalcoffee.sbs and we'll get you taken care of.
What if my package is delayed?

Sometimes our shipping partners experience delays due to weather, heightened demand, technical issues, pandemics, or aliens. All of which is out of our hands, except the aliens, but that's not for here.

If your package is delayed, let us know and we'll track it down and escalate its delivery. If it's delayed more than 2 weeks past the shipment date, and your order includes coffee, we'll either refund your money or ship you fresh coffee at no cost.
Can my coffee be ground?

By you? Yes. By us, sadly, no. Currently, we can only ship whole-bean coffee.
